Tupulaga Ole Motu

Talofa lava!

Tupulaga Ole Motu means, Young People of the district.

Tupulaga has been going for a long time and many students have had the opportunity to be part of this awesome group over the years.

The teacher enjoys teaching songs and dances from around the Pacific Islands and loves seeing students from different cultures join in and learn together.

In 2010 we celebrated some of our Pasifika cultures which are represented in our school. We had two evening performances in Term 4 and they were both successful evenings.

The students performed Tongan, Cook Island, Fijian, Indian and Samoan dances.

There was a variety of other items during the evening where the students showcased their talents through singing and dancing.
